Each system is engineered for your water quality and consumption.

Manufactured equipment is covered for 2 years Parts and Labour.

Installation of the system is covered for 1 year.

O.P. water system inc. is not responsible for any water damage caused by manufactured defaults or installation.

Customer has the option of purchasing an Automatic Water Monitor Shut-Off Device incase of any water leak detection.

Any component of the unit should be returned to us properly boxed and wrapped, together with your full name and address and proof of purchase, showing the price paid.

If your system contains a Carbon Filter it is recommended to have it replaced after the first 6 months and then yearly there after.

OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIRS

For out of warranty repair of Company products contact your local distributor
O.P. water system inc. 1.866.756.0868. If an estimate is required prior to repair indicate the requirement when the unit is returned. The Company guarantees that no repair will exceed 50% of the suggested retail cost of a new unit.

Labour cost is $50.00 / hour. plus .35 cents a kilometer.
